SoHi (South Hill) Runners Club

  • The SoHi (as in South Hill) Running Club runs every Tuesday at 6 pm from Hugo’s on the Hill, every week of the year. That’s right: run. In winter. Or jog. Or walk. Heck, crawl. All abilities are welcome for the three- to four-mile routes, and there’s no need to sign away your life or pay a membership fee. Afterward enjoy discounted beer and happy hour food specials at Hugo’s. Bright, reflective clothing and headlamps are encouraged.

  • Hard work and fun. How often do those go together? They do with our trampoline AIRobics classes! AIRobics is low impact fat burning exercise that improves balance and coordination and it is fun and energizing! The workout consists of moves from many different workout activities, and it incorporates some moves that can only be done on a trampoline. Studies show that an hour of jumping on a trampoline burns over 1000 calories. It's the best cardio you will ever enjoy. Each class has 40 spots available and is a first come first serve basis. So arrive early or register online to guarantee a spot.

  • The Pine Meadow Farm Center is a 32-acre teaching farm located very near the cities of Spokane and Cheney. The Center coordinates a robust corps of volunteers to perform the labor, both farmwork and organizational, required to fulfill our mission. The farmwork offers a good opportunity for people to get physical exercise outdoors in a clean, scenic and safe environment. We are only 20 minutes from downtown Spokane and 10 minutes from Cheney. Proceeds from farm production go towards supporting our educational programs.
